Rick Nowlin for state representative
Brother Rick Nowlin, HZ 107, is running as a Republican for State Representative for Louisiana House District 23. Since he is running against the former Mayor of Natchitoches (1980-2000), and since there has not been a Republican representative for this district in the foreseeable past, maybe since reconstruction, let's all pull together and lend our Brother our assistance, in whatever ways we can!
