Renovations to the House

This past summer and fall renovations to the house were made. The chapter room was redone including the walls and floors along with new fans and the floors at the back of the house were replaced. Pictures will be posted shortly.

This next summer we are looking at having all the rooms renovated along with the kitchen and the upstairs. Plans are in motion to turn the upstairs into a common area to hang out in, however major renovations will be needed. The house is not completely up to fire code. The spiral stair case needs to be repaired/replaced and a fire exit will need to be put in out the window of the study. There is also no insulation of the rooms.

We are also in the proccess of getting all of the composites we have redone.
